1. Acceptance of Terms

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ph947b account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

• ph947b accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph947b does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• ph947b does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your ph947b account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• ph947b aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• ph947b reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph947b offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph947b reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false or third-party identity information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph947b staff, support agents, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph947b's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph947b account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is under investigation.

You may close your ph947b account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits ph947b's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
